Drawing from sculptures is the best way to understand them. Being able to follow the extraordinary, rich and complex structure of an object from an earlier time which is both simple and myserious is thrilling. It's not about producing attractive drawings, rather it's to learn something and have an exciting experience along the way.I learnt that drawing is about more than making a drawing. It's also about seeing more and having a richer vision.

 

The skeletal structure of the human body is the very foundation of figure drawing. 

I am very engaged to explore and analyse different skeleton types and its proportions. Becoming familiar with and increasingly knowledgeable on this important system will allow to achieve accuracy and correct proportions when drawing bodies.
