o2 interior design & reception desk
COMMERCIAL
THE BRIEF
To design a new reception desk for O2, one of the main mobile phone service providers. It is a regional office and located off a main high street, on the edge of the retail and commercial boundaries. The desk should be simple in design and construction but strong in brand identity.
ACHIEVEMENTS
On completion of this project I achieved to understand and utilise a range of architectural technologies and constructional techniques and materials appropriate to spatial/interior design. I am conversant with current spatial/architectural technological developments, materials and processes involved in professional interior design practice and I evaluate a wide range of appropriate techniques, materials and processes in relation to project work and apply such findings within the context of a design project.
I am able to produce creative and imaginative detail design outcomes incorporating suitable materials, constructional methods and techniques and communicate such design outcomes through lively presentations, working drawings and outline specifications.
